Project overview

Inferno IA is an artificial intelligence agency offering services such as task automation, conversational agents, social content, brand identity, virtual avatars and audiovisual production. The website presents it as an expert-supervised AI agency.

Digitup built a custom chatbot to accompany the web experience and make interaction easier for visitors. The assistant reinforces the brand's positioning as a native AI project and provides an automated first layer of support, aligned with Inferno IA's tone and services.

Context and need

Inferno IA offers advanced artificial intelligence solutions, but its website needed a conversational experience that reflected that value proposition. A generic chatbot would not fit: the agency sells agents, automation and AI-assisted creativity, and its own site had to demonstrate that in practice.

Visitors arrive with questions about services, processes and AI applied to their business. They needed an assistant capable of guiding them, presenting the offer dynamically and filtering initial inquiries without losing brand identity or the expert tone that defines Inferno IA.

The problem to solve

The project needed an assistant aligned with Inferno IA's identity and services — a more personalized conversational experience than a generic chatbot. Prefabricated answers were not enough: tone, vocabulary and flows had to match an agency that sells artificial intelligence itself.

Initial support also had to be resolved without overwhelming the human team. The chatbot needed to answer FAQs, present services clearly and identify when to escalate to an expert. All integrated into the website, with room to evolve into a more advanced sales or support agent.

The solution built by Digitup

Digitup built a custom chatbot connected to conversational logic and AI models, ready to embed on the Inferno IA website and respond in line with the project's positioning. The assistant uses the AlisaBot technical base adapted to the agency's specific context.

Conversational flows were defined to present services — automation, conversational agents, content, brand identity, avatars and audiovisual production — with a tone consistent with the brand. The widget was integrated into the website and prepared to evolve according to the client's future needs.
