SacaNota is a digital platform for students that centralizes AI tools for everyday academic work. The product supports content generation, document analysis, summaries, information organization and study assistance through a clear, fast web experience built for daily use.
The goal is not to replace learning, but to reduce friction: less time figuring out how to start an assignment, less effort parsing long PDFs, and more capacity to structure ideas, review materials and move forward with complex academic tasks.
Students often work with notes, PDFs, images, long texts and multiple sources at once. A significant amount of time goes into repetitive tasks: summarizing chapters, rephrasing ideas, extracting key concepts or reorganizing information before they can actually study.
Many available tools are fragmented: one for summarizing, another for writing, another for reading documents. SacaNota was created to unify frequent academic functions in a single environment, powered by AI and designed for everyday student use.
The main challenge was building a platform that combined content generation, document analysis and academic productivity without becoming a generic, hard-to-use tool. AI had to deliver real value: thoughtful summaries, interpretation of study materials and help structuring work — not just automatic text output.
It was also essential to support different formats — text, PDFs, images — and keep the flow simple for students who need fast results, not complex configuration. The platform had to feel like an educational product, not a chatbot disconnected from academic context.
Digitup developed SacaNota as an EdTech platform with AI integrated into the product core. The system lets students upload or enter academic material, request summaries, generate structured content, analyze documents and organize information more efficiently.
The project builds on Digitup's experience with products like Rescrito and Aithor: AI SaaS platforms for academic writing, PDF reading, document generation and LLM-assisted educational flows. That foundation made it possible to design SacaNota with product criteria already tested in real student environments.
